SUBSCRIPTION FAQ:
- Are subscriptions open to international customers?
- We are currently working with Favourite Things Collective to make our subscriptions accessible to customers in Australia. We are also offering subscriptions to international customers on our website, however because the cost of shipping is high, we cannot extend free shipping to international customers.
- When will recurring payments be charged?
- An automatic charge to your payment method will be made on the 14th-15th of each month.
- When will my order ship?
- Processing time is between the 16th-24th of each month.
- When should I expect delivery?
- You should expect to receive your happy mail by the end of the month.
- Is there a deadline for canceling my subscription?
- Yes, you may cancel your subscription between the 20th-13th each month.
- Is there a way to pause my subscription instead of canceling?
- Yes, you may choose to skip the month and reschedule for a future date. This will prevent you from losing your locked in cost at $18/mo (with tracked shipping included) despite inflation over the years. You may also choose to cancel at any time (although we would be sad to see you go).
- When do subscriptions open up to new subscribers?
- We will open up subscriptions on the 15th of each month. Customers have until the 20th to subscribe.
- Will subscription bundles be listed for sale on the website a la carte?
- Yes, if there are any leftovers from the subscription. Bundles will be listed at our retail price of $20 and shipping is not included.
- Are subscriptions only tailored to Narrative Hues' Mini Binders?
- As we grow we may add more sizing options for customers to subscribe to, however for the time being, our subscription bundles are only specially curated for our Mini Binders.
- Are Mini Binders available to purchase a la carte?
- Yes, you may purchase multiple colors a la carte to create your own planner, journal, or mix & match Narrative Hues subscription stickers to create different categories of sticker albums.
- Are Mini Binders included in subscriptions?
- Unfortunately Mini Binders are not included in our subscription.s You may purchase them a la carte on our website.
Unfortunately we are not accepting returns at this time unless your item was defective or missing in your package.
Processing time is 1-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we will not know how long it will take to arrive to you, as this is dependent on the Postal Service.
However, we are willing to work with you to ensure customer satisfaction! Please do not hesitate to reach out via email should a problem arise, and allow 1-3 business days for a response as we will be working behind the scenes to come up with a solution.
